Exemplary Voyages (Pvt) Ltd is a licensed Destination Management Company (DMC) registered in Sri Lanka, providing bespoke travel planning services for Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking. All journey proposals are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed itinerary agreement and deposit payment. Prices quoted are in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until confirmed in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, design, logos and itinerary copy, is the intellectual property of Exemplary Voyages or its licensed contributors. No content may be reproduced, adapted or distributed without our express written consent.
5. Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to keep all information on this website accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is error free or reflects current availability and pricing. Journey information, resort details and visa requirements are subject to change; always confirm current information with our team before booking.

Our website may link to third party sites (hotel websites, airline portals). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exemplary Voyages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including loss of data, revenue or business opportunity. Our total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your individual booking agreement and vary by service, property and season. Please refer to your confirmed itinerary documentation for full cancellation schedules. We strongly recommend European travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover before confirming a booking.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services shall be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may hold in your country of residence as a consumer.
10. Consumer Rights (EU)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain all statutory rights afforded to you under EU consumer protection law, including the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302), which may apply to bookings that constitute a package holiday. These Terms do not limit or waive any rights you have under applicable EU consumer law.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
